Employee Management

The Employees section is where you manage your team members, their roles, and their availability. Every person who uses Plantrunner in your company is an employee record.

Employees page

The main Employees page displays a table with:

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email
  • Role(s)
  • Status (active, terminated)
  • Verification status (whether they've completed email verification)

Use the search bar to quickly find employees -- search works across name, email, and other fields. Filter by role to narrow results.

Employee details

Click on an employee to view their full profile:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Title
  • Assigned roles and permissions
  • Availability days (which days they work)
  • Assigned routes
  • Start date (auto-generated when the employee is created) and termination date (if applicable)

Each employee has one or more roles that determine what they can access. See Roles and Permissions for details.

Scoped admin roles (Customer Admin, Route Admin, Order Admin, Employee Admin) require the Growth plan. On Sprout and Team plans, employees are either Employee or Admin.
