Signing Up
Creating your account
- Navigate to the Plantrunner sign-up page
- Enter your email address and create a password
- You'll receive a verification email -- click the link to verify your account
- Once verified, sign in to access the dashboard
If you don't receive the verification email, check your spam folder. Plantrunner sends reminder emails if your account hasn't been verified after a period of time.
Setting up your service company
After your first sign-in, you'll be guided through creating your service company. This includes:
- Company name -- Your business name as it will appear throughout the app
- Contact email -- The primary business contact email
- Phone number -- Business phone number
Your company is the top-level container for all your data: customers, employees, routes, and everything else in Plantrunner.
Choosing a plan
During setup, you'll select a billing plan. You can start with the Sprout plan and upgrade later as your needs grow. See Plans Overview for a comparison of what's included in each plan.
Inviting your team
Once your company is set up, you can invite employees from the Employees page. Each invitation is sent via email. Invited employees create their own accounts and are automatically linked to your company.
