Billing Management
Manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view billing history from the Billing page.
Accessing billing
Navigate to Billing in the sidebar. Only users with the Admin role can access billing settings.
Subscription status
Your current subscription status is displayed at the top of the page:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Subscription is current and paid |
| Trialing | Free trial period is active |
| Past due | Payment failed, action needed |
| Cancelled | Subscription has been cancelled |
| Inactive | No active subscription |
Payment management
Plantrunner uses Stripe for payment processing. From the Billing page you can:
- View your current plan
- See upcoming payment dates
- Access Stripe's customer portal to:
- Update payment methods
- View invoice history
- Download receipts
Billing status: Past due
If a payment fails, your status changes to Past due. Update your payment method through the Stripe portal to resolve this. Your account remains accessible during a grace period, but continued failure may result in service interruption.
Cancelling
To cancel your subscription, access the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains available if you choose to resubscribe later.
