In-app

Use the notifications and feedback features within Plantrunner to report issues directly.

What to include

When reporting an issue, include:

  • Description of the problem
  • Steps to reproduce -- What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  • Device and browser -- Mobile app (iOS/Android) or web (Chrome/Safari/Firefox)?
  • Screenshots -- If applicable, include screenshots showing the issue
  • Error messages -- Copy any error messages you see
